Position: Manager, Business Development
Applications are invited for the position of Manager, Business Development in our Sales & Strategy Department.
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related area of specialty; MBA will be an asset.
- 3-5 years in leadership, including strategic sales planning and execution.
- 5 years’ experience in a leadership role in the Financial Services Industry.
- Strong business acumen with ability to interact with stakeholders at Executive and Managerial levels.
- Ability to establish and sustain strategic relationships.
- Possession of a valid Insurance Sales License / attainment of License within 6 months.

Applications are invited for the position of Marketing Assistant in our Sales & Strategy Department.
The successful candidate must have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
- Two (2) years’ experience in a marketing, sales or communications role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong Digital literacy and communication skills
- Good content creation and social media management skills
- Knowledge of Graphic Design Tools will be an asset.
