Position: Accountant
Applications are invited for the position of Accountant in our Finance & Corporate Governance Department at our Jamacia Office.
The successful candidate must have the following:
– Certified Accountant (e.g., ACCA, CPA, etc.), Professional Accounting Degree, or equivalent qualification
– Minimum of Five (5) years of relevant Accounting Experience, with at least two (2) at the supervisory level
– Sound knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
– Knowledge of the Financial Services regulatory environment
– Knowledge of accounting software applications
– High level of attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong interpersonal communication and time management skills
– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
– Solid leadership skills
Candidates who have completed an MBA – Finance/Accounting/Business or who are in their final year of ACCA with only one paper remaining are welcome to apply.

Position: Senior Manager – Compliance & Data Privacy
Applications are invited for the position of Senior Manager – Compliance & Data Privacy in our Risk & Compliance Department.
The successful candidate must have the following:
– Degree in Law, Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (e.g., ACCA or CMA).
– Certificates of completion from nationally recognized compliance associations (ICAT, CAMS).
– Certificate in Data Privacy/Protection is an asset.
– Five (5) years’ experience in a similar role at a Finance Institution (e.g., Compliance and/or Data Protection).
– Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework applicable to Insurance Companies.
– Knowledge of statistics, data collection, analysis, and data presentation.
– Ethical, with the ability to remain impartial and report all non-compliances.

– Possession of a valid Insurance Sales License / attainment of License within 6 months.
