Sales Associate (Contractor)



To achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager




-Achieve sales targets set through working with credit union staff and direct selling to credit union members

-Support full time Sales Associates with Affinity groups through direct selling to members

-Work with Sales Manager to follow up on outstanding credit union payments

-Input/ update activities in Sales Management application software

-Distribute brochures/ marketing materials as required

-Assist/collaborate with relevant colleagues in the execution of promotional activities

-Ensure timely escalation of client issues to the Customer Service department

-Provide reports as directed by Sales Manager

-Attend AGMs on behalf of the company as required

-Other related duties as assigned

-1-3 years’ experience in a Sales position

-Experience in communicating with customers




-Tertiary qualification from an accredited institution in relevant discipline

-Relevant professional certification in Sales or relevant discipline would be an asset

-Certification (License) to sell financial/insurance products as per regulatory requirements

-Strong understanding of customer dynamics
